Dvorak layout with QWERTY shortcuts for windows

Finally, this is what I've been looking for. Having to switch to the Dvorak Keyboard layout means that you have to give up the convinent one handed QWERTY shortcuts: ctl-x, ctl-z, ctl-v and ctl-c. Now I've found that Mac and now Ubuntu let's you have dvorak but QWERTY shortcuts at the same time! Where's the Windows equivalent of that? Here it is.

Update: Hmm, interestingly, this doesn't work at all inside firefox...
